What does shipping cost?

Shipping to the Netherlands costs €6.95 and is free from €69.99. Shipping to Belgium costs €10.95 and is free from €99.99. Shipping costs are already shown in your cart and in the checkout overview, so you'll never be surprised.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then typically takes an additional 1 to 3 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely with iDEAL (Netherlands) or Bancontact (Belgium). All prices include VAT.

Can I return my order?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we only accept cosmetics back unopened and with an undamaged seal. Discounted and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return an item?

Report your return within 14 days via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number. You'll receive the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. As soon as we receive your package, we'll refund the amount as quickly as possible.
